If you are looking for inforamtion and someone offers coaching or mentoring of any kind just say NO! It is all coming from the coaching capital of the world. Utah! This company, or I souuld say, These companies believes they have such superiority to talk down to someone after they cancel a contract with them in accordance with their own authored terms. Under their own written contract a person has three days to cancel without cause. There basic service with me was to provide mentoring for internet marketing; however when I received the information I realized I already have this service with another company called Site Build It (I have not been able to connect, and SBI seems straight forward). Unlike these greedy ones, Vanuity aka Omnibizsolutions.com, aka Shanklin International or Shanklin Group tried to make me believe otherwise. It is an internet hosting company that will assist in helping you set up an adsense site or a ebay sales for about 25.8 times the price of Site Build It($300.00) This company feels good about trying to speak down to you as if you have never seen quality, but they do not feel bad at all about keeping their written word in their contract.

Via a telephone conversation with Jeremy Cobb of OmnibizSolutions.com, he stated "it seems like the only thing your looking for is a way out", I stated "yes, that is exactly what I desire". He stated he would let Vanuity know. After being on the phone several times with Brent Burcham, ext 212, he clearly let me know that I would never be successful at anything and he was able to put this into so many different descriptions, even though we would no longer be working together. Although they have stated I would get my funds returned, the question I am asking would be when??

It is rather easy for a comapny to reverse charges form a dissatisfied customer. Instead, they are acting as if it is nightmare bookkeeping. They do not think the people of the world of 2008 have figured this out as of yet .

They also get quite angry if you do not like the quality of the site they pull up for example purposes, trying to make you believe they are profitable. These Utahians are coaches that could mentor you to NASA. And if you hold them to their contract they will get ticked off and take it out on you verbally! Therefore I paln to place a new posting somewhere in the world until they keep their word and refund the charges to my cards.

I find these folks extremely sad! Their goal is to get out of you as much as they can and hold it for as long as they can even under the guise of a contract that you can supposedly cancel without cause within three business days of payment.

What a great world we could have if what was said was done and we could actually get what we pay for, and if we even think we are'nt , we could receive an expedient refund. I was to be notified and given a confirmation of a refund or reversal yesterday. It is disappointing to see people behave as Brent Burcham does in his I AM SUPERIOR pitch, to try to stop someone from cancelling a service they do not like or see any benefit therin.

My error Mr. Cobb,

The authorization for refund was in my email. This company has in fact done as they have said they would. In this day and age a surprise to see a company that keeps good business practices, which is always easier, is refreshing.

Thank you Jeramy for the follow through.

I always reccomend Ripoff Report before doing business with anyone before doing business with anyone and is a wonderful place to vent by companies who do not act with any ethic.

Mr. Cobb and the above business names have proven me in error, and does not deserve my wrath nor a presence here, in all honesty. They have kept the terms of the contract.

Omni Business has never bothered to send me an authorization number for the refund as Vanuity did, which is the same company. I called Visa before posting this to find out if in fact that he had refunded my card for the charge......the answer, NO! Mr Cobb it just is not true.

The charge for hosting of $39.95 billed by 0mni Business So1utions has been refunded in full. No further payments or imbursements are due from 0mni Business So1utions.

No further contact has been made and all just requirements to allow this person out of the contracted training program.

The majority of charges have been refunded, however there all still charges under the contract that remain outstanding, and due to be refunded. Therefore the refund is NOT COMPLETE.

What they stated was included in the contract was NOT included. Although they stated it would be billed seperately, it was billed in addition to the charges and a refund was requested for ALL charges, period.

Omnibizsolutions or Omni Business Solutions aka Shanklin Group aka Shanklin Int. aka Vanuity has not completed the refund.

Sent email to confirm refund of funds back to my account, but without any type of confirmation numbers. They say it will be complete within 3-5 business days. We shall see....
