Complaint Review: Shockley Development Corp - David P Shocley - Colleen McClelland Joann M Conway

Shockley Development Corp. consists of three people: David P Shockley, Colleen M McClelland, and Joann M Conway. They currently do business in the Blue Eye, Branson, Carr Lane, Kimberling City, Lampe, Reeds Spring, West Branson Missouri area along with Omaha and Harrison, Arkansas.

They have multiple addresses of Blue Eye, Kimberling City, Lampe, Missouri and Harrison, Arkansas. Not sure as to why they have so many addresses. They don't answer their phones if called and doesn't return call messages when left.

They currently have more than one project started but not completed. Cricket Creek RV Estates in Omaha, Arkansas and a trailer Park for mobile homes called Shady Oaks in the Reeds Springs, Missouri area. They have other places but not sure of the names.

Consumers and venders beware of this developer. He has started and not completed anything. Will make excuses for not being able to finish projects because the state is slow giving permits and various other reasons. This is not the case and never has been. Cricket Creek RV Estates is a prime example. This park was started in the mid 90's and still looks like it just started. The whole place is a mess of starts but no finishes. They even try to tell prospective buyers that it has only been there just a few years.

Shockley Development Corp lost their corporation license in Missouri early last year and then lost their license in Arkansas towards the end of the year. So how can they operate a business someone asks? Easy they never did operate as a business. This is why we are saying consumers beware. Don't invest any money into their projects for you will not get what you were told, even if you get it in writing. These people's word is no good.
