The company sent shoes. I was not happy with them and wanted to return them. I was unable to return them because they did not reply to email and thier phone was not in service or the mail box was full.

Customer Virginia - as soon as I was aware the shoes did not go out I had them sent a.s.a.p. - sorry for the inconvenience.

Hanna- we have a liberal 21 day return and 45 day exchange policy. Returns are actually done online through your account. You did not need to reach us. You could have emailed us as well. Although the time frame is past. I will be happy to make an exchange if the shoes are unworn and you have the original box.

Any problems with shipping should be sent to s****.> We are a super small company unlike our competitors. We rely on shippers to ship for us. If a pair of shoes is not received please contact us first. We have been online for over three years and have served over 4000 customers. We are not in the rip off business. That can only last so long!

Whew! Thank goodness I disputed. My boots were shipped to me via UPS withing two days after reporting them to PayPal, so I won't be needing my refund. CASE CLOSED! I wish for your problem to get resolved real soon. Try emailing 'em again at: bungalow06@msn.com

WOW, you actually had the merchandise shipped to you? I wish I was that lucky. I paid $65.95 about 2 weeks ago, and I still haven't received my shipment. There's a woman by the name of Elsie who runs the place from her home. There's others who also have complaints about her in this site. Until this day, the UPS tracking page still shows the status of my shipment as: Billing Information Received, as if the package NEVER made it into the truck. I just made a dispute through PayPal just a few hours ago. I hope I can get my refund credited back to my card soon!
