I ordered a pair of boots that did not fit so I returned them. It showed the UPS scan arrival to their warehouse so I called and was told I would have my refund in 3-5 days. A week later I called again because I still had no refund and was told my box arrived empty at their warehouse. They said they would do a report with UPS and would call me back. They have not once called me back or emailed me. I have called a number of times and am either told it's being worked on or that they can't find anything about my return. one month later they are giving me the runaround still no refund and was told today that it was ups that never weighed the package. What ever that means.
