Complaint Review: SHOKZ

Heres the thing.

We bought these headphones on AMAZON and about after they started rattling and distorting so we thought we could not return them to amazon as we had used them for  more than 7 mos. We put them aside started using another brand and then later on we started to use them again but they started rattling and distorting. We thought maybe we should write the company we were surprised to get an immediate response thinkning that someone would step up and help us. We had them back in the box in the same condition as received thinking we'd send them back.  Instead we got... oh... contact these people in your area... as we are in Canada.. OK.. so we follow through.... than it was no... contact the US office... .OK... we thought maybe someone made an error.. .back and fourht 5 times... only to be told the headphone were out of warranty .

Had we knows the headphones would not last more than 19 months we never would have bought them to begin with. In fact we have NEVER had A single problem with other headphoens we have had and over used for 10 years. We even asked them to escalate our call to someone that could use a little common sense and step and help us. They were keen to sell us another pair that we coudl have bought other for the same black friday price.

 

All in all we got jerked around they never escalated our call to anyone as in a MGR or somone in charge that could demonstate some BASIC customer care.... but heres the best part...wait for it....

 

They send us a survey asking how did it go with or how did we do.... of course we said terrible.. and what did they do?

 

NOTHING!!! We even told them that the honest review we will post will cost them much in sales and reputation than just replacing our headphones even if they had a refurbed pair!

Their response- Thank for your feedback. BOT... crickets.  We will never buy another one of their products and this is just the start of another 50 reviews to be posted. They deserve an electronic slap in the pants for being such rectums.
