Complaint Review: Shoma Development -Shoma Homes

First The upgrades that I payed for I did not get Like I payed about $7,ooo more for a sub zero fregerator and the granet was not the same color I picked out.
They rushed me thought the walk thru and said I would have to close right away or they would charge me so much a day. There was no electricity on and I found out later there wew no swiches to put them on. The electrictions that came out stole about $100,000 worth of jewerly from me.

I was getting water and waste bills at $700.00 each time even befothat gives you an idearre I moved in. I told them something was wrong even though the bathtubs had s**t in them.I finally hired my own plumber to take a camera under neath and he found the pipes were broken
The front doors are not allined right and you can see the outside between the doors also one lock is broken.
They have not payed for the plumber or the $1400 for the water and waste.

You can hear wind through the windows and doors
This has taken a great deal out of me There is more but that gives you an idear
