I'm honestly a little upset at myself that I did not file a report through this site sooner. I have been visiting Shooter's for now a little of six months. The previous bartender (approx. three months prior) was bubbly and energetic and first, however within just one week of frequenting I could tell something had changed.
I came in at my normal time on a Thursday to find out she had been replaced by what seemed to be an arrogant and crazy-all-bones-twenty-something bartender replacement. It was only five minutes before I realized, like the prior bartender her only problem was she held more passion and personality in her little young life then a group of twenty grown adults generally tend to do.
Besides me coming across as another middle age man obsessed with a twenty-something female bartender I just want to make one thing clear.
I saw the passion and dedication in both of those girls' hearts and they were both quickly destroyed by an owner that I honestly never previously had seen nor heard the name of prior to the day before they both quit.
Realize where your talent is, not everyone wants to work at the mines.
I for one, won't give Shooter's a third chance..... no wait forth or is it fifth?
