This individual has multiple user IDs on ebay and scams people using the biased ebay returns process. He orderd a vintage item from me and then clamied it had damage. He did not return the original item in its original condtion. He had the item ten days before filing the claim. He is a time-waster and a fraud who is just trying to cost ebay sellers money. This person needs to be banned from ebay. BEWARE and block his two user IDs: smallfamiliar2701 and smallfamiliar2712. I think there are more. You can find plenty by searching the company name and the ebay userid online.

I had item online on eBay Taku Takeuchi bought it I sent him update on items making sure he still wanted them . He decided to cancel. All is well, I cancel. I update my items update shipping so that no problems come up again. Same guy buys again at a HIGHER PRICE! Why! This seems strange. I look at his account from first bid it's. A bit different the name is same but numbers are different. Then I checked his Address and that brought me here to where I find him very suspicious. I was sent an email doing to write tracking number down in email which seemed weird because they can look up tracking number through purchase on eBay. I had never been sent any form like it before. Also it said something like we get thousands of packages a day...almost setting up a problem before it starts. Suspicious thoughts started mounting. I thought why does he have 100% ratings on his eBay accounts all of them??? Then I remembered when it happened to me before I went to rate the buyer and the system by ebay is set up so we can't rate anyone who does a dispute. So he can dispute any amount of packages he wants as long as he wins eBay wont let people complain and rate them which is so wrong of ebay to do. I canceled my order with him, I am not taking the chance to be ripped off ,when something doesn't feel right I listen. I wouldn't do business with him. Send him anything make him sign for it. And make him pay for signing for it.
