After countless phone calls to get to the bottom of a problem of double shipments of costly Coral Calcium we were told by some smart alec "floor supervisor" if we expect credit for their mistaken double shipment we will have to pay for shipping charges to return the products to the Shop Amercia warehouse.
His name was Charles Edwards and he could care less if we were upset. There was no other phone number available so he knows there is no way to report him to higher authority. When you go on the internet the only number available is customer service which is his department.
There should be a corporate number for individuals to call if they can not get satisfaction from the so called customer service department! They really don't care because they havew no one to answer to!
After seeing all of the complaints filed I can certainly see why they have no other way to contact the company!

Lynn you are being totally ripped off by Coral Calcium period. Coral Calcium is calcium carbonate pure and simple, you can save a ton of money by taking tums, they are chemically identical to coral calcium.
