I purchased 2 BBQ Grilling Mats through a LivingSocial coupon. Shpping and handling were separate and owed to the company s****.>

 

The company MIS-mailed the items. Sent them (supposedely) to my billing address (street address) and my summer home (city and State) address. When I was tracking the shipment, I noticed the mistake and contacted the company immediately. I asked them to resend the merchandise as it would be undeliverable and would be returned. After more than two weeks I still hadn't heard back.

 

The voice mail redirects you to the website to write to them (which I did to NO avail), or use their live chat. Every time I was able to talk via Live Chat I spoke with "Cy". S/he assured me that the items would be resent last Friday to the correct address. Again when I checked the tracking info over the weekend and again this AM, it shows that a label was made but after contacting UPS, they told me that they had not been requested for a pickup. I again contacted the live chat, and altho I was told I would be worked with quickly, I was dropped 3 times and NEVER talked to anyone today.

 

I have requested a refund from LivingSocial for the merchandise and am disputing the shipping charges with my bank. I will NEVER use this company again!!
