i originally ordered the jewelry from the company agreeing to terms of service that after 14 days they would begin sending me two shipments a month at approximately $68 a piece but that I could cancel at anytime. Before I had even received my first shipment of the trial jewelry they had charged my card for three additional shipments. I did receive all of the shipments, but they had violated the terms of service after a couple days of trying to reach someone on the phone i did finally speak with someone who told me to return the three unwanted pieces and that they would issue me a refund once they had received them. i sent all three items back but never received a refund. Then yesterday I received a box with a necklace in it from "Haute Jewerly Direct" There was no invoice in the box so I did not know how much I had been charged or by whome until I called my bank today. I know it was Dani Janene because they put a sticker saying "Haute Jewelry" over the old name on the box containing the necklace. Only this time they charged me $89 rather than $68! At no time did I authorize any transaction on my card for a company of that name and for that amount. Basically they just stole it from my account. And to add insult to injury the necklace I received was "FUGLY!!"

I cancelled the card on which all these charges have been placed
I initiated chargebacks for all charges through my bacnk
I contacted the Illinios Attorney General

I will continue to post on message boards throughout the internet about this fraud
I will contact the BBB in Iillinois
I will contact any newspaper, television news reporter, consumer advocate etc. until I get some satisfaction
