Shop Healthy Choice CBD Oil and Hemp Capsules I cancelled my account in March, but they continue to take $26.92 out of my account-even though when I call, they just say "your account has been closed/cancelled." Tampa Florida

I cancelled my account and returned the CBD oil  and was just receiving the Hemp capsules, which I then cancelled as well.  On May 11, they deducted $26.92 out of my checking account. When I called them to inquire about that, they kept saying you cancelled your account in February/March, youor account is closed. 

I called my bank and they wrote a letter along with a copy of the entry showing the deduction from my account.  When I called the company to get a proper mailing address, the agent was rude, disrespectful and tried to avoid answering.  I read the address which I had and he said, yeah, that's it.  He was very evasive and kept repeating that my account was closed/cancelled.  

The bank assistant said if I did not get any satisfaction from the letter which is in the mail today, they will try filing out a fraud report. Problem there is that I originally had ordered the hemp capsules, then cancelled the order.  I just don't want them to keep taking $26.92 every month and refunding this amount now.
