 The more you spend the better the service. I ordered 3 rings from shop lc, one a size 8, two were size 9's all were mis-sized. I said today after receiving my third ring, enough is enough. Not everything is junk; but there under $10.00 day is comprised of glass, brass, Chroma, Stainless Steel which is not too bad! A few years back I was the only person to catch them selling triplets when they were not specifying that their papaya quartz was indeed a triplet and that took me three days to finally talk to a supervisor about the problem. Then, they were selling rings with c z's as Sterling Silver when they were a mystery metal. Of course you can send it back, but if they sold me the correct item in the first place I wouldn't be sending it back! I have just recently bought a strand of pearls that were nothing like what was showing on the rising auction, I documented those. I also took pictures just in case I was not given a total refund. Also the rising auction has something that's not right, if I bid $15.00 for an item mysteriously someone bids $15.00 but they tell me not to worry because I placed my bid first. I could list at least fifty problems that I've had over the years, but I believe you get the point I'm trying to make here.

We do apologize to hear what has happened on regards to items that you have ordered were not true to size as well as the rising auction issue of your pearls that you have ordered. Now even though you did have the issues or you are still having the issues I, and or we as a whole customer service is able to further assist you with the issue.
