Complaint Review: Shop Linda Stars

In about mid-November I saw their ad on Facebook for beautiful angel wing earrings free just pay for the shipping-what a wonderful gift for Chistmas. I ordered 4 pair for my family.  They came the week of Christmas - great - but the earrings did not have the backings on them - They do not fit on the earrings!

I sent a complaint.  Several days after that the company e-mailed me that they had a lot of complaints and the manufacturer they used  made the error.  Then the e-mail said if I would allow them they were going to send me 4 new pair.

As of today I have not received any replacement earrings and the ones I have are useless.
