Shop NBC ripoff California
i purchased supposley the new v2premier computer system after receiving it the video card needed to be replace which took weeks of calls.at first was told that it was able to be returned tthen recieved a letter stating that it was to late and to contact the company and they would do what ever to make me satisfied which didn't happen tried calling shop nbc and never can get throw.
had a technician come out and replace part and then the driver for the internet is out dated and cannot connect,over $2000 for something that has been nothing but problems

still not resolved contacted company again in,was advised that the lucent modem and sony dvd drive where not compatiable and the dvd would need to be replace, only if its secured by credit card. i ask the rep why haven't the company notified consumers of this problem once they figured it out they said that that wasn't the companies responsiblity,what is their responsibility they pull things off the market for all kinds of reasons and alert consumers of the problem why is this company not taken any fault!!!!!!!!!!they will we neeed an attorney to deal with these lairs and rip off artist. we haven't SHOPNBC done anything since their name is also involved for promating and allowing this company to hurt consumers including their name neither company talks and says anything we as consumers cannot even get in contact with SHOPNBC.
WE NEED TO HELP IT THEIRS A 100 CASES AT $2000+ THAT EQUALS $200,000 THAT NOT SOMETHING WE CAN JUST GIVE AWAY
