Complaint Review: SHOP NBC - Viscom Technologies

Viscom Technologies sells junk computers through SHOP NBC. They refuse to fix or replace mine because I have owned it for 12 months. This would be perfectly exceptable to me if the computer had worked the first 12 months... If was functional for about 4 and everytime it broke, I spend weeks on the phone or waitng for them to send someone to fix it!!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SHOP NBC... AND HELP YOUR FELLOW CONSUMER. LOG A FORMAL COMPAINT WITH YOUR SATELITE OR CABLE COMPANY IF YOU HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH SOP NBC. THE GOAL, PUT SHOP NBC OUT OF BUSINESS SINCE THEY REFUSE TO STAND BEHIND THE CRAP THEY SELL!
