Complaint Review: Shop RTA Cabinets

From the first link "Frank Lamark Scams" Google search etc. you can do your own research and find more information, the above list is just a sampling of links. Instead of scams in your search you can also include cabinet fraud, rip-off, scams or complaints etc. The Frank Lamark pictures and Frank Lamark / Cabinets Direct RTA Domain Name List were also bounced back, likely too large for your email account.

Something very unexpected while poking around some of the free official government related databases...

  This is the Official County of DuPage free court case research page (see instructions directly below).

Instructions: On the page that comes up at this free county government site enter his first and last name in the center area and then press the search button. You should get a listing of 34 or so current and past court cases against him, some listed as "Frank M. Lamark", his middle name is Michael. Click on the links at that site to view the court case, fines, judgments, judge names etc. If by chance you do not immediately get a linked case listing there but instead see a block that says "Enter Case Number" then you can use the case number list here: Frank Lamark Court Cases (.txt file) (or Google Original) to copy & paste the case number easier into the online search form. The crime file lists Frank Lamark as committing a Felony (wikipedia) but I don't remember what criminal activity was involved in that particular case. I'd recommend you go to the DuPage Illinois county court house link for that.

The above is only for the DuPage county online court records. Due to other research in progress I didn't have time to check the other surrounding counties of Kane, Cook, Kendall, Lake, Will etc. If you like you can poke around at some of these county government courthouse sites (Illinois county criminal courts) at the bottom of page) for their court cases section. To reduce FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) requests many counties now provide court case (active and closed) plus property tax records, marriage/divorce records and more... saves them administrative time and time is money of course.

Again, the research I did was through "100% free" and publicly available web sites. The data available out there on anyone is staggering but it generally takes a little more effort then simply "Googling" someone's name. To avoid fraud of any type whether RTA kitchen cabinets or cat toys - I recommend you use the search engines out there to see if there are any consumer complaints, past customer scam reports, or charges and allegations that have not been rebutted, then take it from there.

Other: Yes, I did locate the online arrest information on John S. Litzner where he was arrested and sent to jail for his crime and I saw where his Kitchen Warehouse Liquidators (www.kitchenwarehouseliquidators.com) web site that sold RTA cabinets was removed by him or shut down by the authorities. Apparently there were enough complaints made and he was indicted by the state grand jury for kitchen cabinet fraud - the photo at that news site is him in his orange felon jail suit, eventually on his way to a Federal prison I'm sure.

I suggest you get more involved and use your right to be heard and post your complaint free at any of the scam, fraud or rip-off reporting sites out there. Maybe you can help someone else avoid getting ripped-off with fraud on their online kitchen cabinet purchase!. Also, for any other issues related to fraud, deception, scams or unfair methods you can check out our consumer guides links, or if you've had enough of a run-around from a particular company (order not shipped, no response about your order, suspected fraud etc.) then I highly recommend you get the federal government involved in being aware of the problem, you can receive help from them and go directly to a state listing of consumer agencies, file a consumer complaint, or mail, email or call your state attorney generals office for assistance.

->  Lastly... For your particular problem or any issues you might have in the future with another RTA cabinet related company (God forbid) you can also contact the FTC Bureau Consumer Protection, report it to the FBI's IC3 complaint center, or file a complaint with the Chicago area BBB. They investigate consumer fraud, online scams and other crimes or criminal activity against consumers.

If you’ve been victimized by fraud, deception, or unfair methods of competition, you can file a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General, check out the Illinois Consumer Protection Division or you can go to the Illinois State Attorney General  home page.

I understand your frustration waiting months for your Cabinets Direct RTA cabinet order without responses to your emails. I hope my Cabinets Direct RTA research links and other resource links helped you some, I wish you the best of luck. I'm off to my next research project, take care there!

The Frank Lamark photo's are also already out there on the Internet, courtesy of the Naperville Police department (Naperville Patch mug shot Monday area) and from himself at his Frank Lamark Facebook page (must be logged into Facebook to view) so they belong to the public. As far as the Frank Lamark video's, most all contain only static images. Any other video is just his standard Cabinets Direct RTA screenshot (?).
