We had a back order due too a large volume of orders. We expected to get more inventory unfortunaltey that did not happen. We refunded any clients including the client who made this report, If we do not ship, we will issue a full refund.
Many emails have been sent through our system to the reporting client, notifying her of the process and the situ.tion. We have recently contacted the client to find a amicable solution,
