I bought a cellular phone a month ago, when I paid I received on time answers, but then nothing. I contacted and they gave me excuses, they said the phone was alreade picked up by Purulator in two different days (how come?), more than 10 days passed and nothing.
I've contacted by e-mail and phone, no answers any more. I paid $600.00 and now I can't get neither my refund.
Please, anyone who read this: never! trust this company!
