Complaint Review: shop4deals

Please, for your own safe, don't trus this site, I paid for an iPhone and at the begining they answer all my emails, but after I paid never got a thing! Days, weeks! passed by I wasn't getting any confirmation, so I wrote, they change the status of my order to in process, then nothing again.

I wrote and they said the delivery company had already picked up the phone and after that they change the status to delivered, when I ask (all this by email) for a traking number they said they didn't have one but the phone was already sent. Three months have passed, I sent a letter to the addres they put on the website (in Ottawa) and the letter was returned back.

Now they deleted my account, although I save a copy of it, with the hope one day justice might be done, thet took $595.00 from me, lost, robbed.

I write this to anyone whoe read this:Don't trust them!!!!
