Complaint Review: ShopDigitalDirect.com - DidUPrice.com

First, DidUPrice.com is a scam website. Once scamed, you cannot enter any feed back for the "5-star" rated companies they represent. The ratings are a fraud!

Second, I wanted to purchase a cannon HV30 along with a lens specifically for that camcorder. All of this done online. The next day I get a call and e-mail from "Ken" who hits me with the bait and switch. He will not send the order at the advertised price, and wants to charge me $118 to cancel even though it has not been shipped. He does not understand the words Cancel the whole order.

I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge that was still in the pending stage. I then called ShopDigitalDirect customer service and spoke with a supervisor"Tim". Funny thing, "Tim" sounded exactly like "Ken". He denied he was the same. If Ken has not been cloned, Tim is lieing. After Tim threatened me and told me the call was being recorded and used against me with the credit card company I said great, I repeated that I have been trying to cancel the whole order because of misrepresentation and he hung up on me.

The charges have now been put through on my credit card for an additional $250. I am disputing the charges with the credit card company. Can these people be shut down and or put in jail? Simply put they are nothing but a bunch of thieves.
