Complaint Review: Shopepip.com

Shopepip.com I order a potty Little girls training toilet I paid, $12.97 on 09/29/18 revieved a confirmation email, then a processing email and also a thank you for shopping with shopepip. That order takes a while but since i have sent 2 emails which both went unanswered one on 10/14/18 & the other right before i startrd my complaint theres no number to call or a cancelation button to cancel my order Took payment, produce no product and didnt return my money Internet

I placed an order on September 29th for little girls training toilet and have not yet received the product I have emailed the company twice in which my emails went on answered. there is no number to contact them nor is there a cancellation but fun to cancel honest and they said it may take a little time. but this is too long without a single email nor my emails being addressed
