TV OFFER 1. Buy one vac get one free -I got charged for two; 2. Included is a Steaqmer for the Shipping and Handling charge only - I got charged for S&H but no Steamer was included; and 3. a Magic Duster should have been included free, but that was not included in the package either.

I tried to call Customer Service, but the phones are busy for the entire time 9AM - 5PM and I tried every 5 minutes for that time frame. Sent 3 e-mails with no response to any of them. and sent a certified letter with no response to that .
