shopgoodwill.com defective item sent they refuse to refund Johnstown, Pennsylvania

I won a bid on a pearl ring in used condition but without any defects at least that's what I thought until I received it and found that the ring had a huge scrape mark on the top of the pearl. When I emailed the store they stated that the mark was really a natural inclusion that pearls have (it's not a natural inclusion) and they can not refund my money but they are willing to let me send it back and they will give me a discount on my next purchase (gee how kind). I told then that I never would have purchased the ring had I known that the pearl has a scrape on it. They then informed me that if I sent it back they would give me my money back minus 20% restocking fee and minus my shipping and handling which was almost as much as the ring.
I use to shop at goodwill.com quite a bit but now I will never shop there again, after this and all the rip-offs I've paid in shipping and handling it's just not worth it. Plus the  money goes to the ceo's and other top people there I don't think any of the money goes to helping out anyone other than the fat cats running the business.
