Complaint Review: Shophyperformance

Shophyperformance I was trying to buy a pair of seats. They said they was back order, this was 3/24/2009. Now they won't refund my money!! They said they would! I have all the records, from day one!!!! Hyperformance Sreet, T Markham, Ontario Internet

I was trying to buy a set of BOMZ seats for my jeep. I placed an order for the seats, then they said they were backorder, 3/24/2009! They already had my money!! So I waited, then they started telling me they would have them by the first of the month. So I start looking around on the internet and saw where they had done this to other people!!
After I started E-mail them, they came back and said they would refund my money in my account. Here it's 7/3/2009, an still no money! They just keep putting you off, I guess they think you will go away!! I'm not going away, an if I can help someone from making the same mistake I did, then Great!! This isn't right!! People like them, pray on Good People!! The Law needs to shut, people like this Down!! They won't answer their phone now or E-mail me back! I'm sure they write me off as Spam!! If there is anyone out there wants go after them, let me know!! I hope the Law will do something!!
