Shopify ShopPay app I bought a defective product off their website. They do not mediate. I contacted both the ShopPay app and the merchant Flexishop with no response Internet
I have made several purchases with ShopPay but this is the first time I have had an issue with ShopPay and they do not mediate. You have to submit your complaints through the merchant. I did message FlexiShop through my ShopPay account. I also emailed the merchant FlexiShop (July 14, 2024). I purchased a JumpStarter & Air Pump (JSAP) from Buvaye. I received the equipment on July 13 and tested it on July 14 on my low-pressure tires. The equipment kept shutting off after a few seconds. I attempted all four tires and the JSAP equipment shut off every time after a few seconds. The equipment also comes with a few attachments (i.e., bike tire, ball, etc.) and none fit the equipment.
ShopPay has also deleted my order from this merchant which is why it is so important to screenshot and save your proof of purchase. This defective equipment is also being sold on Amazon. I will submit my reviews/complaints everywhere I find this merchant and ShopPay. ShopPay is located in Canada so it is easy for them to avoid any responsibility. I am going to close my ShopPay and I would advise others to do so as well because if you encounter any issues and the merchant fails to replace, refund or even communicate with you, you will NOT get any assistance from ShopPay. They just want your business and your money. Stick with PayPal. At least you can get your money back if your order never arrives, the merchant refuses to communicate or replace/refund and PayPal always takes responsibility with the merchants they do business with. Same as Amazon. ShopPay is a waste of time...
