On their web site, under "company policies->general policies->order processing time" it said

"We process orders the same day on business hours. If your order is taken outside our business hours, it will be processed the following business day. In some cases we are not able to process your order the same day, we will notify you of the delay."

The only email I got was an automated reply when I ordered the product from shopirons.com 2 weeks ago . Now I am out of $200 and there was no way for me to contact them either by email or phone. I have tried to email them 3 times and there were no replies back. I gave up so the only thing I could do was to give you guys heads up on shopirons.com.
