I purchased a V2Premier computer from ShopNBC. The day it arrived, it would not work. I sent the computer back to the vender (Viscom) who makes the V2Premier and they returned it to me within two weeks. I plugged it in and it would not work, not even the fan would come on. I packed everything up and sent to Viscom and they acknowledged receiving it.

Now ShopNBC wants me to pay for the unit because I did not send it to them. ShopNBC informed me that my 30 day return period was up and that I could not return it.

Fortunately, my credit card company stood by me and
debited back the amount of money ShopNBC was trying to steal from me. Now I have a collection agency pestering the hell out of me for over $2200.00 for a computer that I do not have.

The vendor (Viscom) now claims they never received it back from me. Let me throw caution to the wind--NEVER, buy a V2Premier computer from ShopNBC, it looks good on tv, but it is nothing but junk. Even the Vivitar camera they sent with it as a bonus was dead on arrival. I gave up on the camera. The only good thing I received was the boxes. I have invited ShopNBC and their vendor to sue me, so I may counter sue for Breach of contract, Breach of warranty, Interstate Fraud, and plain thievery. I have suffered mental damages and I will counter sue for punitive damages and emotional distress. Just heed
my warning, they are crooks and proud of it.
