I purchased video professor internet tools from shopnbc. They advertise: "this step-by-step program guides you through the software...you can learn how to set up your own web page...".

However, the package came with lesson one only (a completed course consist of 3 lessons, i found out later from the manufacture). So i called them up and the customer representitive i talked to can not help me because she doesn't know this product at all, after about 15 minutes of on and off conversation, she put me thru to talk to a supervisor. The supervisor insists that is a completed package and they offer no warranty, what i receive is what i got even thou it's not completed(and the supervisor knows it's not a completed course because she contacted the manufacture herself).

What can i do with one third of the information? how can i set up my own web page if i only have one third of the lessons? and shopNBC offers no return and no money back because i opened the package! If i know ahead of time that it's not a completed course as they should tell the customers, i would not open the package at all and will imediatly returne the package. Now i stuck with $40 of useless material!
