ShopNBC - Viscom Technology Group - V2Premier ripoff!! computer rec'd Feb 2006 is Nothing but trouble, Many hours on phone to tech support... Zilch. So I have a $2000 + computer that doesn't work. Chaska Minnesota

Bought a $2000 + computer from ShopNBC,Viscom-usa,v2premier(all names on paperwork. From the initial setup it didn't work properly. Spent 20-30 hours on phone with software folks, who determined there was no software problem, it was a hardware problem and I needed to call another support number.

It took me until July to get a new hard drive delivered and a technician sent to install it. Still didn't work right. I am still waiting. They say they are sending a new hard drive again, but it is a long time in arriving. Don't think that is problem. Technician said maybe motherboard; but said he didn't have time to wait on the phone to talk to the company!!!!

This is a piece of junk that I don't have the money to fix myself. This seems to be a bunch of crooks; but I am going to notify every person and agency I can to see if I can get any help.
