Home thater system was to be Xmas present To a little old bed ridden, very sick lady. ARRIVED DEC 30th. Was to be personally intalled.( white glove service) WAS NOT. Was to be The" best". Actually the WORST I have encounterd.

TV fluctuated in color and volume. CD. not working,remote not working,( she could not walk to change channels)) speakers high pitched/ scratchy.
Called NBC to complain & Viscom NO ONE gave a SH%*@ .
Viscom called NBC at fault, NBC Viscom. Delivery company would not pick up merchandize becouse they had no permission?

HAD TO CONTACT AMEX.finally( May3rd.) they sent return slips. BUT moving company did not pick up merchandize without the box that was to be sent in Jauary!.Contacted Attorney General and got Moving comapany's CEO.HE did have merchandize picked up, without box( 45inch tv?) with thousands of dollars in telephone calls, from abroad, (out of USA) Will not be responsable if items arrive damaged to Viscom. What a ripoff! DECEPTIVE and sneaky.
HOPE we het the $ back?
