Complaint Review: Shopper Discounts And Rewards

I responded to an email advertising a "free" laptop. I am usually savvy about these things, and expected to purchase something at least. I opted for Seattle Coffee in the mail monthly. Two packages arrived in one month.
I assumed I would receive ONE package(at the expected$10) and then I could cancell in time. A total of $68 was charged for the coffee! I was again charged $10 for a purchase(not identified)on 12/05/07. I have requested, as of 12/08/07, that the account be cancelled.
