SHOPPERS INSIGHT INC SECRET SHOPPER FRAUD BELFIELD North Dakota
i RECEIVED A CASHIER CHECK FROM SHOPPERS INSIGHT INC. THEY SENT ME A CHECK FOR $4978. THERE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE LETTER I RECEIVED SAID TO CALL THEM WHEN I GOT THE CHECK. WHICH I DID. THE INSTRUCTIONS THE MAN, DUSTIN, GAVE ME WERE TO DEPOSIT THE CHECK AND CALL THEM BACK WHEN THE CHECK CLEARED. THE CHECK CLEARED MY BANK BUT BEFORE I DID ANYTHING WITH THE MONEY I WAITED FOR A FEW DAYS JUST TO BE SURE I WAS NOT GETTING RIPPED OFF. ITS A GOOD THING I DID SINCE 3 DAYS LATE THE CHECK WAS REVERSED FROM MY BANK. I WISH I HAD MADE A COPY OF THE CHECK SO I COULD PROVIDE INFORMATION AS TO THE BANK NAME ON THE CHECK.
WHEN I CALLED THEM BACK ABOUT THE CHECK BEING REVERSED I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO CALL BACK ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY TO SPEAK TO THERE ACCOUNTANT. I WILL CALL BACK BUT I DOUBT I WILL GET ANYWHERE.
IN CASE ANYONE ELSE GETS ONE OF THESE LETTERS HERE IS THE BREAKDOWN I WAS GIVEN AS TO HOW THE FUNDS WERE TO BE SPENT.

I also received a cashier's check from Garrett State Bank from shoppers insight inc. I went as far as to call the bank and they said that they do, do bussiness with SI INC. The lady said the checks are good but, my bank said they would not be responsible for any over drafts or fraud charges. Even though the lady at Garrett State Bank said it was a good check. Then my bank suggested taking the check to a check cashing place to see if it is real for they do all the investigating. I have not yet tried to do so cause i think it's not real also, but will let you know what they say. Oh I forgot to ask if this stuff is not for real why do they waist the time and effort with all the paper and work into this stuff?

Shoppers Insight Inc Received Cashiers Check for $4978.00 Bismark North Dakota
I also received a check with same info. as previous report, except the city and phone number are different, same street, same zip code, same area code?
I will not be cashing the check, if it sounds too good to be true, beware! The check was issued from Garrett State Bank, Garrett, IN, yet the postmark on
the envelope is from Canada?
Just looks like a scam to me.
