I received a letter in the mail saying i won 38,000.00 and a check for 3,800.00 i just have to deposit it in my account and then call my claim agent tiffany hofer or andy jenson for further clarification and instructions on claming my winnings immediately. says my prize must be claimed by may 9th 2008.

You did WHAT with this check ???? You gave absolutely no information on this. Have you been ripped off ?? How ??? Did you deposit the check ?? Did it bounce ?? Did your bank prosecute you for bank fraud ?? Did you go to prison ??
