They tell you that it if fully refundable if you cancel with the 7 days either by phone or email. Miami, Florida

I just want to file this report to warm others of what a heartless, deceitful, scamming company they are. They will swindle you into something that sounds harmless and even try to force other charges on you as well. After repeatedly telling the agent that I didn't want any "extra" services she still tried to sneak and charge me for the services anyway! I agreed to pay 2.95 for a 7 day trial with a money back guarantee if I cancelled with in the 7 days, which I did. But the agent on the phone tried to get me to agree to pay a 6.95 charge...I said, "why is it 6.95"? and she said it was for some extra offer. I told her AGAIN, I don't want any extra offers! She finally settled on the 2.95.

I proceeded to use the service for a day before finding out that I didn't need to pay for mystery shopping assignments. So, naturally I cancelled. I sent them an email, that I also have a copy of, to the email address they provided. But they turned around and charged me 49.95 anyway! When I called to dispute the charges they told me they were sorry but they could not refund the money. At this point I asked to speak to someone else who could. He (Adam) insisted that he was the one to talk to. When I mentioned I was going to hire an attorney then he put a "supervisor" on the phone. This Nathan guy didn't do anything but tell me the same thing and still had the audacity to try and sell me a  "discounted" membership!! Needless to say they refused my refund and I am not only upset but I am hurt because I can not afford for that 49.95 to just go out the window like that. I have a water bill due and scheduled for shut off and now I don't know what I am going to do. I have to put my faith and trust in the Lord and he will make sure it all gets worked out. The only thing I can do right now is pray and seek legal help.
