Shopping Essentials -- Charges came from nowhere Internet
I ignored the first month because I thought it was leftover from Christmas and I ordered from several catalogs and thought maybe that was the owner of one of the magazines. But just now, another charge of $9.95 shows up, same day as last month.
So, I do a google search and find this site. Interesting. I never signed up for some discount shopping site. I'm going to try to dispute the charge. I called and cancelled.
I have to say that at the end of January, I did a trial membership with Blue Mountain Cards and then accidentally forgot to cancel that and now have a year long membership with them. I wonder if the Shopping Essentials was parasitically attached to them, because the timing is right. So, watch out for them on Blue Mountain!!!
