After looking at my bank statement I realized that I had charges from Ap9*shoppingesse. I called the number that was on my statement and they told me I was enrolled in a shoppers savings program. It sounded like somthing i had canceled when i first realized i was enroled. in fact i know i canceled. I then looked back at all my bank statements and found they started charging me back on 9/29/06! And the last charge was 6/5/07. Totaling $160.55!!! I then called the number back again and talked to the supervisor demanding my money back. He told me he could only give me my last 2 charges back. I then told him I may take legal action. He then told me due to the agreements I agreed to that there was nothing they could do. He also told me that my account with them showed no activity. In my mind further proving I was not aware of this membership. The company name was Shopping Essentials Plus. I got the address for the parent company "Adaptive Marketing". I will Wright them a letter showing all the money they have charged me. Again and demand my money back.
