I noticed a strange charge of $19.95 on my July credit card statement. Further investigating I realized this company has been charging me since mid last year without my authorization!

I called this company, they claimed I signed up their service through VitaCost, another online shopping place, that I shop from time to time. They have never sent me any confirmation e-mail that I have signed up their service, and I don't even know what kind of service they provided. I might clicked a few links at VitaCost's web site, but I didn't sign up any service, and absolutely did not type in my credit card number.

VitaCost provide my credit card number to Shopping Essentials+ without notification, and Shopping Essentials+ started charging me without any notification, either. I called Shopping Essentials+ and they only willing to refund one month, and the credit card company will only refund 3 months' charge.

This company just set up a trap, disguise their charge with a very general name on your credit card statement. They did not sent you any confirmation e-mail and hoped that you wouldn't notice. Even filing a report here needs a confirmation e-mail, Shopping Essentials+ absolutely up to no good.
