I just noticed a "recurrent charge" on my online bank statement from MVQ*SHOPESSENTIAL for $40.95!  I looked back a few months and they have been charging it every month.  I called becuase I have never heard of this company and certainly would never sign up for a servce charging that much every month.  The rude and evasive customer service person said I had been paying this since 2008 when I "signed up" as part of a a rebate from Vitacost.  She said I would have had to enter all of my infromation for this service and that they have been sending me mail and emails for years.  I have never received anything.  She did tell me that the email probably went to my junk folder and the postal service never returned the mail to them so I must have gotten it.  I am embarassed I didn't find this earlier!  When I asked what I could do about it and said I am sure I never signed up she said she would refund this month's payment and when I said what about the last 5 years of payment she just asked "is there anything else I can do for you".  When I said I had seen online that many people have had this problem too she hung up.
