Shopping Essentials Plus Unauthorize Charging Ripoff Norwalk Connecticut
My wife places online orders all the time. We were doing our weekly checking of the account online and noticed a charge from Shopping Essentials Plus 800-316-8821. We both never heard of this company and didn't know why they would be charging $14.95. I did a search by the phone number and came across all the information about their scam. I reported them to the better business bureau and also sent them an e-mail. I am also reporting the charges fraudulant to my bank in the morning.

First of all, the charges are all completly legal. Everyone who is charged by this company did enroll, save for a few who have been victims of fraud. Everything is included in the Terms and Conditions of the membership at the time of enrollment. Take the time to read it.
As for getting your money back, call the company, the number is always located on your account with every charge, call and ask for your money back.
