Complaint Review: Shopping Essentials

Approximately June 4, 2008 I purchased an airline ticket through a representative at Travelocity.com for Jet Blue Airlines and nothing more! I noticed some charges coming out of my account in June and July for 14.95 from two separate companies one of them Shopping Essentials which provided me only an 800 number. I have never signed up for this service, however, the person who did must be making a commission???? I would like to find out who is signing people up without their consent and why didn't this company call me to follow up. They took $29.90 from my checking account and I have yet to ever hear about who they even are???? I am expecting them to refund me these monies as I called their 800 number and demanded it. They were polite and all, however, I have yet to see the refund. I am contacting the bank next and if that fails as well....a lawyer.
