Complaint Review: SHOPPING ESSENTIALS

I found 4 charges ($14.95) each month on my bank account and realized that this was not something I had signed up for. After further investigation I found that this was connceted with VISTAPRINT, whom I ordered business cards from. After calling vistaprint, they informed me that I had clicked on a button after ordering the cards which said something along the lines of "get $10 back." I vaguely remember this, but apparently just by clicking this button, I signed myself up for a rewards program that billed me monthly for $14.95. He told me that I was emailed and notified of this enrollment, which I NEVER was. This doesn't seem right considering I did not agree to anything, and the man on the phone told me that I should have called when the first charge showed up. Although I do need to watch my finances, this does not give anyone the right to charge me unlawfully. The man then proceeded to tell me that he was only going to refund me for 2/4 charges. How nice. Lesson learned... never click on ANYTHING that isn't a part of your original purchase!!!! Nothing is ever free!!!
