i received charges on my credit card may july aug and oct 2008 i don't even know what this company is, but the charged me 14.95 per month

You also reported today that another company is charging you $14.95 a month.
When you shop online, don't be in a hurry, read every word and uncheck every membership you do not want.
If you have been billed since May and just now noticed the charges you are pretty much out of luck for a refund but make the calls and tell them to stop billing you.
