ShopTNA A Birthday/Christmas Present....both late Nashville Tennessee
TNA threw a "big" Black Friday sale that lasted about 2 weeks with shirts going down in price up to 60% off. So my sister Lara on my birthday, december 3rd purchased well over 40 dollars worth of merchandise for me.
They included free shipping and the order was confirmed at 2:59 PM on December 3rd.
The shipping page on the site claims that it should take 7-10 business days to arrive and it's not here yet. I also have contacted TNA to see what the situation is with the package, but to no response.
The fact that they have no phone number available is something people should look into, and I find it personally offensive that a company that I watch on a regular basis ripped me off.
It may arrive late, but you'd think.....three weeks before Christmas they had to deliver it and it's not here. Way to go TNA.

I am having the same problem, try calling the corporate office on January 5, 2009
615 244-5557. The recording says that they will be in on 1/5/2009. Does anyone have any other contact number for TNA Shop? They never answer the email.
