I started working for this company in October 2005 with the promise of starting off at 28,000 a year, and making 35,000 before the years end. The company also then made promises of partnership agreements which were then taken away within a week. The Director Boe Ramirez changed his mind every other day, and very rarely acted in a professional and business like manner.

The company treated myself and two other employees like we never worked hard enough putting in long days -- sometimes returning to the office at 9pm for a few hours to finish up--sometimes working midnight shifts to make sure companies were happy with the employees they were provided.

I was not paid what I was promised -- I was given "the run around" and told that money was tight due to some screw ups, and I would have to wait to even be paid what I was promised. I was making $10.00 when I was promised 28,000 per year thats $4.00 an hour less. I being the nice guy, and loyal employee tried to stick it out as long as possible.

The company I found out had been employing illegal immigrants at a company in lakewood, NJ (I cannot release this company name due to lawsuits pending). In march of 2006 I was still making $10.00 an hour with no hope in sight of the amount promised. The company then found out that I was looking for a new job, and fired me. They then proceeded to slander my name to unemployment saying that I was looking at pornographic material on company computers, and I was not performing to company standard. My unemployment which I needed to live while looking for a job was denied, and I was forced to work at a retail job till I could find something just to be able to pay my bills.

If you ever see this company at a job fair saying they will help you, run the other way. Do not ever work for them they are a bunch of backstabbers, and they don't know how to treat employees.
