Complaint Review: Short's Service Center

I drove my vehicle to Short's to have a timing gears/chain and a cv-axle. I brought the new cv-axle with me and they charged me $80.00 extra for bringing my own part. They charged me over $1500.00 for labor and parts. I drove the car home(smoking all the way) and my neighbor came by to look at the car to trade for a small tractor. He noticed Bernard Dale Short had forgotten to put the bolts back into the timing chain cover as well as not put my hub caps back on.

When I returned to Short's to get the bolts and my caps, they told me they threw them away. I replaced the bolts. The car never ran correctly. They refused to make good.
