I purchased 3 transactions from Shotly and a premium membership.

1 - Callaway Hat Order Date - September 10, 2011

2 Dozen Callaway Balls - i(z) Order Date - September 18, 2011

I never received either of these purchases. They have given little to no communication on these purchases since the time I ordered them. On their facebook page they have numerous complaints from customers who have not received any of their orders either. I last received an email response from them on October 4.

Since then I have received no follow up. I have emailed them for follow up since then on: October 6, October 8, October 13. To which I have still not received a response.

To further the cause they removed all the negative feedback on their website to hide the crap they have pulled.
