On Oct.31 2004,our car caught on fire. The car had a recall on it.I did my part by taking the car in to have the repairs done. The car still caught on fire after the recall had been supposedly fixed. We still owed 8000.00 dollars on the car so we took Pontiac to court where we lost to the car company.

After we lost the lawsuit we ended up with the debt of the car. We were told at this time we get 800.00 dollars and our car back. Two days later our attorney contacted us to tell us that the car was no longer at Shottenkirk's location. Our lawyer went on to tell us the car had been taken to Ames,Ia.,but didn't know where. The Bank still has the title to the car.Shottenkirk new the car had a lean against it because they had contacted our bank to tell them it was going to be labled abandoned. At this time we were told that they can not sell the car without the title. We want our car back or somebody to take responsibilty of this matter. We are still paying for a car that somebody stole from us. How is this possible? Is there any help out there?
