I had the same problem. I ordered 15 on August 7th. The seller indicated that the toys would finally be shipped October 29-30 and that tracking numbers would be emailed to all buyers. I have received no toys and no tracking numbers.
The only reason why I didn't file for a claim earlier was because the excuses for delaying shipment seemed legitimate. The first excuse was because they had to change the design of the toy to comply with NFL trademark regulations. The second was that they had to manufacture the toys at a factory in the US to ensure that the toys wouldn't be harmful to dogs.
This company is a total fraud. Jaime Salcedo is the owner, according to my paypal payments. He has stolen thousands of dollars from thousands of buyers and should be in jail.
