On August 14th, 2007 I purchased 2 Michael Vic dog chew toys using PayPal to pay for the items. Since that time I have NOT received my items yet, and I have emailed and called this company several times.
I called PayPal letting them know, however it's been too long therefore it's something I'd have to find a way to retreive my items or monies.
After countless times of calling and listening to the s****.>
Today Febuary 12th, 2008 I went back to the website and found that there is an update! So I called the telephone listed and actually talked with a gentleman!!
I had to give my name and also the address to which the items where to be shipped too. However, I wasn't going too give him my info before he gave me what he had. I asked for the date I purchased it and the total.
The gentlemen told me that he was in the process of sending me an email and that my 2 Michael Vic dog chew toys would ship out today from the warehouse.
He also apologized for the delay several times.
While I was on the phone with him I stalled him just to see if I would get an email and indeed I did.
So to any of you whom are in the same boat as me go to the website NOW call the number and request your items or your money back!! There is a human answering the telephone now and not some recording stating voicemail box is full!!
We just may get out products after all or monies back. Its worth a try!!
